This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order. We will never under any circumstances sell, give, trade any personal information to any third parties. We maintain high standards in keeping your information safe.

- We are a custom printer and all of our items that we create are completely unique to the buyer; we do not offer "Refunds" or "Returns" on our engraved product items.
- Blank - Non Engraved Products: We can however offer returns on blank items that are not engraved, buyer must pay for shipping back, and original shipping is always non-refundable.
- If you have an issue with your items being broken in the mail please contact us and we will help out.
- Our cancellation policy on orders is one hour, buyer is responsible for making requests within this timeframe (one hour within purchase time).
