- We are a custom printer and all of our items that we create are completely unique to the buyer; we do not offer "Refunds" or "Returns" on our engraved product items.
- Blank - Non Engraved Products: We can however offer returns on blank items that are not engraved, buyer must pay for shipping back, and original shipping is always non-refundable.
- If you have an issue with your items being broken in the mail please contact us and we will help out.
- Our cancellation policy on orders is one hour, buyer is responsible for making requests within this timeframe (one hour within purchase time).
